A 17TH CENTURY PEN, INK AND WASH DRAWING STUDY
The Battle of Metaurus with Roman soldiers on horseback and a dead elephant in crowd of soldiers and Gaius Claudius Nero with sword drawn and the head of Hasdrubal at his feet, signed lower right unframed, mounted.
