Obverse laureate head of George IV left with legend "Georgious IIII D G Britanniarum Rex F.D"; reverse George receiving the crown from Victory before the figures of Britannia, Hibernia and Scotia, legend "Proprio Jany" "Inauguratus Die Julii XIX Anno MDCCCXXI" in exergue.
