Two old bassoons both by and stamped Buffet, Grampon & Co A Paris, with nickel keys, two crooks, both within fitted cases (2)
Both these bassoons are in quite poor condition with what looks like severe water damage to one which also has missing keys and spare holes; the other in slightly better condition but still in need of considerable work to put back into playing condition; there are a total of two crooks which appear to be in reasonable condition with only very minor dents and no splits, one crook is stamped Heckel, Biebrier GG..., the length of both wing joints including the keywork is 21.5".
