Swansea issued early WW2 Home Guard armband. Good scarce khaki cotton armband bearinf sewn on HOME GUARD rectangle (presumably covering original LDV). Inside written in black ink ARTHUR GEORGE HARVEY / XIRG-86-1, and bearing oval printed CHIEF CONSABLES OFFICE SWANSEA -6 SEP 1940. Minor service wear. VGC GC
