Very impressive, colourful, oval dish, decorative outer band, thick deep pink border lettering to top & bottom, coat of arms to left, t.m. to right. Large central multi coloured image titled Highland Music (Edwin Landseer), Pratt/ Fenton underside mark. A very special, rare, offering not found on a pot lid. Attributed amongst the wares produced for the 1851 Exhibition. Some crazing, underside lines, no chips, or repairs.
