Charles I (1625-1649) silver Sixpence, Tower under the king, group F, star mintmark (S 2817, North 2231). Obverse: sixth 'Briot's' bust, type 4.3, with 'VI' behind and star mintmark. Reverse: square-topped shield of royal arms over cross moline, clear star mintmark and 'CHRISTO · AVSPICE · REGNO ·' around. Weight: 2.64g. Diameter: 24mm. Grade: aVF - a little short on flan with a light tone, around Very Fine.
