One side depicts Franklin D Roosevelt as a skeleton grim reaper figure casting over marching American troops with a speech bubble reading "I assure you again, and again, and again that no American Boys will be sacrificed on foreign battlefields" - Franklin D Roosevelt Oct 31 1940. Reverse simply reads " I assure you " x 7 in increasing font size to point to Roosevelt's quote.
