The vendor suggests this is an Indian plate, probably either from a Bombay, Baroda & Central India Railway P Class 4-6-2 5366/7 (all-India 24267/8) or BBICR XD Class 2-8-2 5368/9 (all-India 26524/5) or East Indian Railway PS Class 4-6-2 5372/3 (all-India 24153/4). Cast iron, 10½"x6¼", a weld repair to the left. (Postage Band: C)
