George III tortoiseshell and silver triple cased pocket watch, by George Prior, London, made for the Turkish market, hallmarked London 1784, 38mm white enamelled dial, signed, the verge movement with scroll engraved cock plate, the back plate signed and numbered 16217, pierced scrolling pillars, with a plain silver mid case, the outer tortoiseshell case worked with silver studs, 60mm diameter

The back of the tortoiseshell case does show small spots of damage and a repaired patch. The watch is currently working but we do not have a key with this watch.
