Victorian police brass tipstaff, by Parker, Field & Sons, 233 Holborn, London, circa 1880, cast brass screw down crown finial, turned central ebony grip, length 18cm
The cross on top of the crown top has been off and repaired with silver solder (see image). No further damage detected.
