A rare 19th century pearlware shaped dish printed with the Arctic Scenery Series pattern. In blue depicting an Inuit family on a shoreline with an igloo and ships in the background, length 16.5cm. A similar dish can be found in The Dictionary of Blue and White Printed Pottery 1780-1880 pg 18.
