World War Two. 1939 (Sep 1) Stampless O.H.M.S cover from Kampala to Entebbe, censored two days prior to the declaration of war with violet "PASSED BY CENSOR / KAMPALA / 1", redirected to London on the following day with a 20c stamp; and two 1940 (Apr 8) covers from Kitale to Denmark, one delivered but with a Danish P.O cachet and boxed "RETOUR", the other with violet "POSTAL SERVICE SUSPENDED / RETURN TO SENDER", an unusual pair.
