IONIAN ISLANDS/MALTA - 1d CONCESSION RATE COVER WITH CURVED "PAID/MALTA" + 2-RING "POSTA PAGATA" COVER; 23 June 1837 E (disinfection chisel-slits) headed & countersigned for the 1d Soldier's Concession Rate from the "60th Kings Royal Rifle Corps" at Corfu to Stirling with a mainly fine fancy oval "CORFU" d.s. and partly fine curved "PAID/MALTA" on the front; plus 1838 EL (also ex Kings Rifles) from Zante to Stirling with v. fine 2-ring "POSTA PAGATA" (Corfu?) and v. fine green Falmouth boxed "½" on the front.
