WORLDWIDE ACCUMULATION (NO COMMONWEALTH): Four cartons with the mint & used, early to middle period accumulation in glassine packets. An ex dealer/packet makers stock which appears to have been stored in a damp environment. This has affected the mint (many multiples) though much is quite salvageable. Used is fine, without any foxing/toning. Better values noted throughout. A good 'sorter' for the winter months. (Very many 1,000s)
