A PAIR OF CHINESE KANGXI (1662-1722) CAFE-AU-LAIT GROUND SHIPWRECK TEABOWLS AND SAUCERS. Each painted with an exotic longtailed bird perched on rockwork amongst flower shrubs, within shaped rims decorated with lappet-shaped panels painted with figures on boats and flowers (2)
Each with extensive wear to glaze, with an overall matt appearance, particularly noticeable to brown ground. Teabowl with a short firing crack to rim, the other with small rim chip.
