A Persian Silver Tray with 84 Standard Mark, Mid-20th Century.

A finely engraved mid-20th century Iranian Persian silver tray of rectangular form, featuring an intricate central medallion composed of star motifs within a radiating floral rosette. The field is densely decorated with scrolling foliate arabesques and palmettes, bordered by a continuous band of rosettes. The raised rim is finished with delicately cast floral embellishments at each corner. Stamped with the Persian silver 84 standard mark to the reverse.
