Norway; Propaganda Forgeries; 1941 sheet produced in UK for air drop into occupied Norway, the sheet having three perforated labels, this sheet (“no.3”) has 20+20øre design showing Norwegian sailor putting little Nazis in a bag, inscribed "Lofoton 4 Mars 1941/Bidrag til Mulkten" (= "Contribution to the Fine"). Couple of bends, small fault at foot, but mainly fine.
