AN ORNATE CARVED CHINESE BOW BACK CHAIR, 19TH CENTURY, the pierced top rail, splats and arm supports carved with numerous animals amongst a profusion of lotus blossom and foliage, the arms carved with twin dragons, above a plain circular seat with a carved frieze, raised on ornate carved front supports with mask decoration, terminating in claw & ball feet

Good overall appearance. Glued repair to back rail with associated crack. Numerous small chipped losses. Curved frieze panel detached and missing from base. Base currently in numerous sections in need of clamped glued repair.
