EARLY UNPAID 1/- RATE SURVEYOR GENERAL "O.H.M.S." (FAILED) COVER TO G.B.; 20 June 1879 long env. (creases & edge wear) with part original contents headed "Surveyor General's Office, Fiji, Nasova" (the Governor's residence in Levuka) to Leeds endorsed "O.H.M.S." but treated as unpaid mail and so with manuscript "1/-" charge on the front along with mainly fine "LEVUKA/FIJI" double-arcs cds, having a very fine "LEEDS" arrival cds (1 Sept.) also on the front.
