Framed and glazed
The picture is framed under glass and has not been removed for inspection. The colours appear to be reasonably clean and bright, but are likely to have faded somewhat over time. The paper may also have darkened somewhat over time. There do not appear to be any issues with the paper surface. The frame shows some chips and wear to the gilt finish.
