AUSTRALIA 1985 Australian Military Uniforms horizontal strips of five (SG 964a) MISPERFORATED PANE 50 (10 strips) displaying a dramatic upward shift of the perforations removing "33c AUSTRALIA" inscriptions from the bottom of each stamp - therefore 40 stamps erroneously showing the inscription at top, and on 10 stamps showing no inscription at all, never hinged mint.
