George III silver pot, by Paul Storr London 1793, the hinged circular lid with swivel opening feature, the plain cylindrical body with detachable turned ebony handle, silver weight 190 grams, 8.5cm high 7.5cm diameter, length of handle 11.75cm. * Possibly part of a more extensive travelling set.
Some light scratches commensurate with age. Five crisp hallmarks to base, four crisp hallmarks to interior of lid. Lion passant mark to silver part of ebony handle.
