Della Robbia plate, circa 1894-96, simply decorated with a green ground centred with a rose and bordered with stylised flowerheads and leaves, incised and painted marks, 20cm diameter
This plate has a restored rim, also a 1cm fine hair crack visible on the underside of the rim. A further two fine hair cracks visible on the face of the plate as well as a factory blemish on the rim.
