Edith Lupton for Doulton lamp base with fitted ceramic reservoir and etch glass dome and clear glass flute. The basem of trophy form with scrolling foliate pattern in green on a white and honey ground, raised on a brass and black glass pedestal and mounted with a brass two handle rim, inscribed to the inner surface with the monogram EDL. The reservoir decorate with a band of blue quatrefoils in circular discs on a light brown ground and illegible impressed mark to base, fitted with a brass praffin oil burner. Overall height 49.5cm including flute.
