A Vintage Sapphire and Diamond Flowerhead Cluster Ring, millegrain set with old cut stones, indistinctly stamped (finger size O), with a vintage Mummery & Son Stafford ring box.
The diamonds are approximately between 2mm - 3mm each.
Shank appears ok, marks are rubbed and it does have small abbrasions, but no thinning to the base. Claws appear in good condition, but 1 centre claw would benefit from repointing.
Flowerhead measures approximately 1cm x 1cm in total.
