A late 18th /early 19th century side by side double barrel flintlock pistol by Brunton, York: the 6 inch Damacus barrels inscribed 'York' to rib, gold banded breeches with white metal mounted touch holes, the chased side lock action with sliding safety and signed 'Brunton', double trigger, steel trigger guard engraved with militaria and pineapple finial, the fore end decorated en suite, on a chequered walnut stock, 30cm long.
