Gilt Brass hall lantern in the French Regence style the acanthus leaf ceiling mount having three bosses from which the lantern hangs on chains with a reeded pipe for the wires. The Lantern having a Royal crown supported by three Atlas figures (from which hooks connect to the chains), over a faceted body, the junctions decorated with rose and clover quatrefoils, the whole terminating in a foliate and ribbed cast finial. H 50cm maximum.
