The company was formed in 1905 to acquire the rights to manufacture the Danish invented Madsen machine gun in Great Britain and Colonies. in 1906 a legal battle ensued between the Dansk Rekylriffel Syndikat and Rexer for claiming ownership of patents. The company went on to produce the Rexer Steam Car in 1907 but failed shortly afterwards. GVF and rare.
