Clarice Cliff - Windbells - A Conical shape sugar sifter circa 1933, hand painted with a stylised tree and flower landscape with orange, yellow and green banding, FANTASQUE and Bizarre mark, height 14cm, restored.
The tip of the sifter has been professionally restored, the repair is of a good standard and would not need re-working.
