A large Chinese porcelain blue and white ginger jar, 19th century, decorated with two reserves depicting boys playing in a garden whilst being supervised, the ground decorated with prunus blooms, double concentric circle marks to the underside, 29cm high
There is a thin rim descending stained hairline crack leading to a star shaped hairline, pitting and surface staining and wear to the exterior can be seen, similarly this is also visible to the interior, foot rim unglazed, no obvious chips or restoration
