Medals (6) of 7560 (17028) Serjeant David Llewellyn Lilley of the Welsh Regiment. Queen's South Africa Medal with clasps 'South Africa 1902', 'South Africa 1901', 'Orange Free State', 'Cape Colony', 'Transvaal', British War Medal 1914-1920, Allied Victory Medal 1914-1918, Swansea Fire Brigade Competition Medal 1912, and Swansea Fire Brigade Competition Medal 1913. 

A resident of Sketh, Swansea. Served as a Cadet Volunteer in the Boer War. Re-enlisted on 26th September 1914. Landed in France on 2nd December 1915 with 14th Battalion, Welsh Regiment. Medically evacuated from 3rd General Hospital aboard Hospital Ship 'Dieppe' to the United Kingdom on 31st March 1916. Discharged on 16th August 1916.
