Chinese porcelain circular plate, decorated with a rooster in a garden setting with birds in flight and within a blue ground border with floral cartouche panels and gilded highlights, Qianlong, 8.5" diameter; with another Chinese porcelain plate decorated in underglaze blue and painted with fish and floral sprays in iron-red and green with gilded highlights, Qianlong, 8.5" diameter (2)
The bird plate has mild surface wear to the enamel, two notable rim glaze chips with a couple of other minor marks, the underside has a re-glued visible chip repair; the fish plate has minor glaze rim frits, otherwise generally good condition - see additional images in natural daylight.
