A 20th century Cartier ribbed 18ct gold and sapphire set rectangular cigarette case, the thumbpiece set with seven square cut sapphires, with triple compartmental interior, signed 'Cartier Paris', 12.9cm, gross weight 229.3 grams, with Cartier pouch.
