Hi Rob as stated this lot is sold a/f, it was stored in a shed/out building and appears it had been there for some time, the top will be in need of a very good clean & polish and currently it is separate to its base so will need re attatching, the chairs are in fair order with minor little knocks here and there but they are not split which is a plus, the extension has water damage so most probably will need sanding and re doing but all of this is reflected in the guide price!!
