12mo (13,6 x 8,2 x 2,2cm) 8 p. ‘Opdracht’ + 288pp. Possibly original full velum hardcover binding. Steel-engraved frontispiece, showing a jester and satyr and a globe with merry makers in it.
Condition: Good. The vellum binding has some rubbing and small stains. Boards are lightly bowed. Sunning and a small mark in pen to spine. Previous owner’s bookplate and signature to front pastedown. Notes in pencil and two small stains to verso of front free endpaper. Small notes in pencil and mark in pen to rear pastedown. Splitting to gutter between front free endpaper and frontispiece.
