This original lithograph of the Black Kite (Milvus Ater) is from John Gould's The Birds of Europe, issued in parts between 1832-37. This plate is number 29 from volume 1 of this work and was drawn and lithographed by Edward Lear.

Size: approx 22in x 15in (52cm x 36cm).

The print is in excellent condition on thick, high quality paper with occasional light spotting. Please inspect the image carefully for any age related marks
