An early 20th Century Royal Engineers Scarlet tunic with elaborately braided cuffs and collar, the shoulders with interlaced silver epaulettes with the rank of A lieutenant in the Territorials. With nine Royal Engineers buttons. With a label for J. Daniels & Co. 1 Artillery Place, Woolwich & 34 Bury St St James' S.W. Named for Major A. H. Taylor R.E. number L429. 76cm top to bottom at the back, approximately 46cm across the shoulders. *CR Slightly grubby and marked to the exterior. Internally good with slight marks and spots.
