A mixed lot containing an original 'Indictment' which was presented to the International Military Tribunal sitting in Berlin on 18th October 1945 by the Attorney-General to Parliment, which was held in Nuremberg, Germany prior to the Nuremberg Trials. This was published by London His Majesty's Stationery Office.

This tribunal indicted 24 Nazi leaders on charges of war crimes, crimes against peace, crimes against humanity, and conspiracy to commit these crimes. The four chief prosecutors of the IMT, Robert H Jackson of the United States, Sir Hartley Shawcross of Great Britain, Francois de Menthon of France, and Roman A Rudenko of the Soviet Union, filed the indictment.

The IMT was the first time that international tribunals were used to bring national leaders to justice after a war. The Tribunal could impose death or other punishments on a convicted defendant, and could also deprive them of stolen property. The cases of Hans Fritzsche and Julius Streicher were the first time an international court prosecuted propagandists for their role in murderous crimes.

This lot also includes an original programme from the City Hall in Durban, South Africa on Sunday 7th September 1941, titled "Garrison Theatre Non-Stop Variety for the Visiting Troops". This also includes a Kings Royal Rifle Corps Statue card issued after the Great War (WW1). The card is remembering No. 5/4955 Rifleman Robert Gardiner.
