A Chinese red-stained carved horn figure of Guanyin - Qing dynasty, probably 19th century, the figure finely carved, standing holding a vase, a recumbent deer at her feet, the underside in red lacquer, 18.6cm high, the back with fading to colour.

More Information

* Condition: Fading to the stained colour to the back of the figure. Some natural cracks to the horn on the lower edge of the deer, the antlers and the back of the robe. No chips or other losses. In good condition with good patina to the front side of the figure.
