An early 20th century table cover, with patchwork and embroidery to one side and printed cotton to the other, together with a carved wooden tray

The frill is sandwiched between the patchwork and the cotton cover to the other side. I would imagine that it was done early 20th century. The patchwork is made up of very worn fabric and textured examples. Please see images
