ADDITIONAL ½d MAIL TAX - GLASGOW: A box file containing an 1813-39 set of Es & ELs neatly mounted on pages and classified inc. 1822 EL to Belfast initially rated "1/1(d)" crossed out and replaced with "1/4(d)" (9d to Portpatrick + 4d for packet + 3d Irish rate) with a fine type GW204 boxed "Addl./½" hs; plus an incomplete range of types from GW198 to GW220, mostly to Edinburgh.
