A pair of Sheraton Revival mahogany and marquetry bonheurs du jour, each with a shallow brass three-quarter gallery above four drawers flanked by doors, with correspondence racks to verso and enclosing two shelves, the folding writing surface above a long frieze drawer, outlined throughout with satinwood, boxwood and ebony stringing, tapered square legs, H-stretcher, 107cm high, 84cm wide, 40.5cm deep, c.1900
Good condition, lightly repolished, a few typical minor knocks and bumps here and there but nothing serious, inlay all ok, nice pieces of furniture
