A late 18th century US hanger, slightly curved flat blade 22”, gilt brass stirrup hilt with sideloop incorporating 4 pointed “star”, plain knucklebow, well moulded eagle’s head pommel, fluted ivory grip. GC, the hilt retaining much original gilt (blade reseated possibly a replacement) £150-175
