Railway. Overseas Traction - East & West Germany. Three albums of approx. 420, mostly original, colour & black and white, prints in assorted sizes. Some of the prints have been trimmed down to fit the album. The photographs are believed to have been taken by David Botham (not that one!) of Wolverhampton. The albums feaure photographs of GERMAN working steam from the 1970's as well as a few UK preserved and some SNCF. The majority are captioned in German. There are several family and non railway photographs in the albums (Not included in the count), these have been included so as not to devalue the important social history of the time. Locations include: Markredwitz, Belfort (SNCF), Oberkotzau, BW Rheine, Magdeburg Hbf, Leschede/Kreis, BW Lehrte, Dresden and others. Copyright does not pass to the buyer. Sample illustrated.
