An early 20th Century cast brass travelling salesman model of an 8- anchor, one side inscribed Hall's patent Anchor Co Ltd Sheffield, the other manufacturers N.Hingley & Sons Dudley, with chain length 13cm. N.Hingley & Sons famously supplied the anchors used on the R.M.S Titanic.

The finish of the anchor is worn - originally nickel plated, this has worn away to the brass below for almost the whole of the anchor. The anchor measures 14cm high and is 7.5cm wide across the bottom. The chain retains its nickel plated finish.
To answer a specific enquiry, no, it is not a watch fob and chain.
