A Chelsea gold anchor boar hunt group, c.1765, H. 21.5cm
Condition: With numerous losses to the oak tree and flowers, there are cracks to the back of the upper hound, across the back of the boar the lower hounds hing right leg and across the base. It is possible a further hound figure or branch is missing behind the boar's head, no evidence this is missing a candle fitting
