ESTONIA/POLAND/RUSSIA - PRINTED PRICES CURRENT/CENSORED WRAPPER WITH 1d RED OR 1d REDS (3); 1859 prices current EL from London to "Pernau, Russia" (now in Estonia) with single tied 1d Red 'stars'; plus rare c.1864 open-ended small wrapper (presumably from a printed Prices Current) with 1d Reds (pl.94; strip of 3) tied by light "65" (Berkhampstead) numerals to the "Chancellerie Diplomatique, a Varsovie [Warsaw]but also having partly fine boxed "EXPEDITION/OFFICIELLE" and fancy large oval consular(?) mark with Russian eagle both back and front (presumably due to the 1863-64 Polish uprising against Russia) [illustrated in BPPP, p.553].
