AFTER JEAN-ANTOINE HOUDON (1741-1828) BUST OF JEAN-JACQUES ROUSSEAU (1712-1778), the classical bust is set on a marble base, and incised with artist's name 'Houdon' the Latin word Fecit (meaning he made) and the year 1778.
