A large and heavy three-piece hallmarked silver tea service comprising teapot, two-handled sugar and milk jug (with gilded interiors and each finely engraved and chased with scrolling foliage). The teapot with high arched-leaf capped scrolling handle with two insulators and slightly above a cast finial handle modelled as a bud. Each piece with engraved armorial depicting a standing open-winged raptor, four finely cast and textured feet terminating in scrolls and maker's mark EKR (Edward Ker Reid).
