A Regency brass inset mahogany bracket clock by Turk of Sittingbourne, with painted dial and twin fusee movement, height 51cm

Condition: Finial possibly a later replacement, slightly bent forwards, top of the clock looks to have been re-built and does not sit tightly upon the top of the main body, rather thick looking varnish dirty with a few fine dents, glass with minor scratching, brass work intact, the two corners are actually gilded wood rather than brass, again with rather thick looking varnish, dial dirty and discoloured but looks original, hands possibly later replacements, sides both good, back door with small break near latch, which is also a replacement section of veneer, original lock missing now held in place by a brass turn catch, comes with winding key but no case key, bezel to the front does pull open though. Overall in need of a some cosmetic restoration.
